Centralpack celebrates 16 years of operation with a focus on market expansion

Centralpack packaging industry celebrates today, February 15th, 16 years of operation. Located in Toledo, in the West of Paraná, the company, which has already reached a level of prominence in the sector, advances in technology and innovation with a focus on expanding the market for the coming years.

Centralpack brings creative and high quality solutions to its customers by packing health, beauty and moments of union for the entire Brazilian population. Celebrating this anniversary requires remembering the beginning of the company's history that was created with the objective of meeting the demand of Prati-Donaduzzi pharmaceutical industry. The simple beginning, with few employees and small machines, was left only in the memory of those who follow this evolution.

“I take part in this history. I saw the first machines producing, our move to a wider space and modernity coming into the process over the years. We have grown a lot and a little bit of me is here. I have dedicated many years to graphic work and producing packaging that brings well-being to people”, says Airton Fernando da Silva, one of the industry's first employees. 

The constant advances have enabled the company to expand its operations beyond the Group of which it is a part and to serve customers in the health, beauty, food, leisure and entertainment lines. Centralpack has the differential of a complete portfolio consisting of plastics, cartons and aluminum tapes. All to allow customers to find the best packaging for their products, since they are the connecting element among the consumer, the product and the brand. 

New steps

At 16 years of age, the industry has a robust growth strategy in line with market trends. The modernization of processes, acquisition of equipment, improvement of technical and operational capacity and, above all, investment in people management take Centralpack to a new level.

Modernity

This cycle of changes shall gain momentum with the recent arrival in the industry of the fourth flatbed offset printer from Heidelberg, model Speedmaster CX 102-7 + L, the first of the new generation of equipment from the German manufacturer installed in Brazil. The new equipment uses industry 4.0 technology and will operate intelligently and without interruptions. For the purchase of this and other equipment, the company announced investments of R$ 15 million (Brazilian currency).

With 16 years of experience in the packaging market, it has become increasingly a benchmark in this sector. Its industrial park has over 12 thousand m² and its 300 employees are focused on the aim of proposing solutions to customers, considering that packaging becomes a connecting element among the consumer, the product and the brand.
