Yes. The physician shall prescribe CANABIDIOL PRATI-DONADUZZI 200 mg/mL in B/B1 BLUE prescription.

The B/B1 prescription is valid for 30 days after the date it was written.

Prescription notification of a B prescription can be made for up to 6 months of treatment, so the quantity in units (bottles) of CANABIDIOL PRATI-DONADUZZI 200 mg/mL in prescription B/B1 can be equivalent to what is necessary for this treatment period.

For such a prolonged prescription, the physician shall insert the justification containing the ICD or diagnosis of the disease, which contains dosage, date and signature;

Yes. The physician shall provide the patient with the informed consent form (ICF) in accordance with the model provided in RDC 327/19. The ICF shall be printed in two identical copies, which must be signed by both the patient and the physician, considering that one copy is filed with the physician and the other one must be kept with the patient. The ICF does not need to be presented at the pharmacy and shall not be retained by it.

There is no determined dosage. It will always depend on the physician to prescribe the dosage and the treatment.
