Prati-Donaduzzi has an Ombudsman Channel prepared to receive reports of suspected violations of current legislation, Code of Ethics and Conduct and Internal Policies. The tool can also be used to record doubts, suggestions and complaints regarding integrity issues.
Employees, business partners and the community in general will be able to use the Ombudsman with confidence, certain that the report will be treated impartially, with guarantee of confidentiality of information, preservation of the identity of those involved and, when required, with protection of anonymity of the rapporteur.
No retaliation shall be permitted against any person reporting a concern in good faith.
The issues presented to the Ombudsman Channel are conducted by the Compliance Committee – composed of members appointed by the Board of Directors of Prati-Donaduzzi Group -, which involves in the investigation of the reports only people who have something to add in the investigative procedure. With integrity and focus, this Committee aims to find solutions to the situations presented to it, providing response to the user, anonymous or not, through a password generated as the complaint is carried out.
