Young people from 18 to 22 years old can sign up for the young apprentice 2016 program, offered by pharmaceutical industry Prati-Donaduzzi. To participate in the selection process you must be pursuing or have completed high school. This is characterized as the largest apprenticeship program of Toledo and is expected to start in February 2016.
Entries can be made until 30 September, on the website http://bancotalentos.pratidonaduzzi.com.br/faces/curriculos.xhtml, in the "career/work with us", or in the recruitment and selection of Prati-Donaduzzi, from 9:00 to 5:00 pm, from Monday to Friday. The young applicant cannot have participated in other learning program and male candidates must present a reservist (abolition of the army). The theoretical activities happen in partnership with national service of Industrial learning (Senai) of Toledo and the practices in the production area/in Prati-Donaduzzi. With a one-year contract a year and a half, the students/employees reconcile working time with the course of Senai.
Opportunities
The company has several examples of employees who began as apprentices. Tarley Nunes Santos, 22 years old, joined the Prati-Donaduzzi as an apprentice in the year 2012, without experience in the pharmaceutical industry. "During the course I learned an infinity of advanced content on operation and even medicine formulation. The existing partnership between the Prati-Donaduzzi and Senai in the young apprentice program shows a great preparation of young people for the labour market ", she emphasizes.
After completing the course as machine operator, Tarley has applied for the position of industrial instructor, where he remained for more than a year. Since the end of 2014, the young man is responsible for presentations of the productive sector of the Prati-Donaduzzi for clients and other visitors.
Silvia Ulnhorst, 20 years old, is young apprentice in the corporate University- Uniprati. "This is the first time I participate in a learning program, I'm developing, learning every day. It is a very positive experience, as it is an opportunity to grow within the company and I recommend it to young people who have an interest in participating," she stresses.
Andrizzy Arenhart, Coordinator of the Learning program in Prati-Donaduzzi, points out that the company knows the importance of the initiative for both professional and personal growth of young people, as to the future of business and society in General "we believe in their potential and we want to provide this development, enabling the entry of young people into the labour market", she justifies.
The young Apprentice Program aims to develop the trainees so that, in future, they will be hired as employees of the company. "We seek to train professionals committed to Prati-donaduzzi and with their own professional development, providing the professionalization and the empowerment of the young, making them capable of making the necessary changes to evolve and strengthen themselves in our society," says the psychologist, Eline Casagrande Calderan.
